How do you access my home?cleaning lady

Please provide your house key (and entry codes).

Do I have to do anything to prepare my home for cleaning?

By picking up clothes and general clutter you will receive the maximum value from my efforts.

Who provides the cleaning products/equipment?

All cleaning supplies are provided by the home owner.

What happens if I need to change a scheduled cleaning?

Please call no later than 9:00 am the business day prior. This allows me to make the necessary changes to the schedule. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, I will contact you a week prior and reschedule your cleaning to an alternate day.

What if something gets broken or damaged?

Should anything be broken or damaged I will leave a note and will have the item repaired or replaced as appropriate. Please ensure you have properly secured all art, mirrors, shelving, etc.

What happens if I am not happy with a cleaning?

I will return to your home and re-clean any areas of concern. My goal is your complete satisfaction.
